Camp Lincoln

We were on the bus. I played games with Carter until I got moved  by a teacher. We got to Camp Lincoln. There were a couple of speed bumps. The cool air brushed my face as I got out. A few hours later, at the end of the field trip, my favorite part of the day happened. We went on a hike and did some forest writing! When we got to the trails, we all stopped and drew pictures of plants.  Our camp counselor, Birch, said,  “Look at the mint leaves!'” Then we smelled them. It tickled my nose when I smelled it. I thought to myself, “This is marvelous. We saw some Indian cucumber.” A lot of  people ate it, but I did not. We were walking in to a farm. We looked at the goats. Their horns were a sharp.
